Health Benefits Limited (HBL) is a shared services organisation for the District Health Boards (DHBs) to reduce DHBs’ costs by optimising the efficiency and effectiveness of the delivery of administration, support and procurement services for DHBs. HBL’s vision is to build a network of shared services for New Zealand’s DHBs that delivers transformational improvements in non-clinical services.
