Pacific Forum Line Ltd
Pacific Forum Line Ltd (PFL) is a regional shipping company that operates in the South Pacific, connecting the Pacific Islands to New Zealand and Australia.
PFL is owned jointly by twelve governments of countries in the Pacific. The New Zealand government, through the Minister of Transport, currently holds 23.1% of the shares in PFL and 8.3% of the voting rights, which are divided equally between the twelve shareholding countries.
