The Owner’s Expectation Manuals were written on behalf of the Shareholding Ministers by the Crown Ownership Monitoring Unit’s (COMU’s) predecessor, CCMAU. The manuals make references to CCMAU and its relationship with the Shareholding Ministers, the Treasury and monitored entities. The relationship model described in these manuals has since evolved and is not reflected in the manuals. Refer to our role for details on COMU's current monitoring approach.
