The Shareholding Ministers' expectations for the boards of entities that are not state-owned enterprises or Crown Research Institutes and are monitored by the Crown Ownership Monitoring Unit (COMU) are outlined in the Owner's Expectations 2008 Letters: oem-nonsoecri-letters-08.pdf (259 KB) and the Entity Matrix: oem-nonsoecri-matrix.pdf (25 KB). While the entities are not SOEs, many of the expectations in the Owner's Expectations Manual for SOEs will still apply.
