State-Owned Enterprises' Continuous Disclosure Announcements

The following State-owned enterprises have obligations under the SOE Continuous Disclosure Rules to keep the public constantly informed on matters that may have a material effect on their commercial value: New Zealand Railways Corporation, Transpower New Zealand Ltd, Meridian Energy Ltd, Mighty River Power Ltd, Landcorp Farming Ltd, Genesis Power Ltd, New Zealand Post Ltd, Solid Energy New Zealand Ltd and Kordia Group Ltd.

COMU has provided guidance for the State-owned enterprises on the Process for Submitting Announcements to COMU.
